Reintegration is a modular collection which sets out to portray the Paratrooper experience, mainly focused on the end of their careers and the reintroduction into civilian society. Through the lenses of the origins of streetwear and combat uniforms, we aim to foster a cyclical environment, using surplus military material and deadstock fabric to reemphasise the idea of adaptability and reuse, similar to the adaptation that Para’s have to make post-service. We have taken inspiration from the personal stories of soldiers’ mental wellbeing, as well as the billowing forms of parachutes and the tactical uniforms of combat, which physically protect the soldier. Each piece should be able to transform to fit each consumer’s needs, transcending seasonal and gender specific collections, led by the use of YKK fastenings, therefore targeting a broader consumer base.

“Inspiring Independence and Confidence through Respect for Community and Planet.”
